Job Title:
Administration Assistant for ERP (S/4 etc.) Basis area
Job Duties:
• ID management of ERP platforms
• Daily monitoring and check ERP platforms
• Documentation
• Work closely with and support team members
• Other Ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Required:
• The Hong Kong resident or a person with Hong Kong work permit
• Higher Diploma/Degree Holder
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good communication skills and Interpersonal skills with all related parties such as colleagues, project members, customers and suppliers etc.
• Well organized, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently with strong team spirit
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, can work independently and willing to learn, reliable and stable
Preferred:
• Knowledge of Mandarin and Japanese is preferable but not essential
• Any IT background, especially S/4 Basis area, is a definitely a plus
