1989 CISD(ASIA) CO., LTD is established to construct and maintain information & communication systems for ITOCHU’s overseas companies in Hong Kong, China and Asian countries.
1994 Develop business & accounting system for ITOCHU’s overseas locations. Implemented to approximately 100 locations worldwide.
1997 Start X.400 Mail service
1999 Start IT related business service transferred from NCI Hong Kong.
2000 Start Multi-Language integrated Helpdesk service.
2001 Construct data communication HUB center.
Start to provide high security network services and email services for Asia and mainland China.
Start to provide Groupware ASP Service (Earthdomain-ASIA).
2003 Start operation for Hong Kong Data Center.
Carry out SAP R/3 implementation project for ITOCHU’s Global Offices and provide Global ITOCHU offices   with SAP R/3 system operation and maintenance service.
Develop business system(IBMS : Integrated Business Management System) targeted for Japanese manufacturing and trading industries.
2004 Start to provide consulting service for implementation of SAP Business One.
2005 Design & construct Internet VPN network between Hong Kong and mainland China.
2007 Carry out SAP R/3 implementation project for Japanese global manufacturer (US, Europe, India).
2008 Start implementation of SAP Business One for Asian ITOCHU Group companies
2009 Restructure e-mail infrastructures to provide e-mail service by Microsoft Exchange.
2011 Relocate Data Center to Tai Po district, Hong Kong.
2013 Develop finance system as a package and start its implementation.
2015 Start implementation of hosting service named CCAP(CISD Cloud Application Platform).
2016 Start to provide cloud-based e-mail service by Microsoft.
Start to provide IT security consulting service including e-mail drill for targeted attack.
2017 Develop business system as a package and start its implementation.
2020 Carry out SAP S/4HANA implementation project for Global ITOCHU Offices.
2021 Start to provide Workflow infrastructure service with Microsoft Power Platform.
