Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Duties:
• Participate in system revamp, development, and integration projects from planning to production roll-out
• Collaborate with End Users/Stakeholders to Collect, Analyze and Document business requirements to perform feasibility studies and produce comprehensive deliverables (System Specification, Functional/Technical Design, User Manuals, etc.)
• Develop Test Plan and Execute thorough Unit/Integration testing to deliver high performance and reliable software systems
• Work closely with cross function project teams to perform system integration, testing and production environment setup, deployment and release to ensure timely delivery of System Solutions
• Provide hands-on development, user training, ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and process automation of deployed System Solutions
• Stay updated on advancements in programming, system development, and AI-enhanced technologies to propose modern IT solutions to enhance business processes/support operation
Requirements
Required:
• The Hong Kong resident or a person with Hong Kong work permit
• Higher Diploma/Degree Holder
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and Interpersonal skills with all related parties such as colleagues, project members, customers and suppliers etc.
• Well organized, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently with strong team spirit
• Willing to travel abroad for business trip
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• 2 – 3 years of related working experience in IT application development
• Knowledge in Trading Business or Corporate Treasury
Preferred:
• Good knowledge and Experience on Cloud Platform, App Service, Database, SQL and Programming Languages (C#. VB, .NET Core, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience in SAP BTP Application Development
• Hands-on experience in Mobile App or AI integration

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
